Where and how are Noélia products made?
All Noélia skincare products are handmade by the founder in Quebec, in small batches produced as orders are received, with careful attention paid to each preparation.
Should I test a product before using it?
Yes. Before first use, we recommend applying a small amount of the product to a limited area of skin, such as the crook of the elbow, and observing your skin's reaction before continuing use. In case of irritation or discomfort, discontinue use.
Are Noélia products natural?
Noélia uses carefully selected natural ingredients for their role and complementarity within each formula. You can find the complete list of ingredients directly on each product page.
Why might my product's appearance vary slightly?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may therefore occur from one batch to another, without necessarily affecting the product experience.
<How should I store Noélia products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place, away from heat, humidity and direct light. Make sure to close the container properly after each use.
For an even more refreshing experience, facial care products can also be stored in the refrigerator.

Bath Infusion • Lenvia
Can Lenvia bath infusions be used by everyone?
Yes. However, Lenvia bath infusions contain essential oils of true lavender and sweet orange.
As a precautionary measure, formulas containing essential oils are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children under 6 years of age, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
To enable everyone to enjoy Lenvia infusions, they are also available without essential oils, which will be just as gentle and beneficial.

How does Noélia ensure the freshness and preservation of Lenvia infusions?
Lenvia infusions are prepared to order and vacuum-sealed in biodegradable bags.
This process preserves the freshness of the plants, the intensity and delicacy of their natural fragrance, and limits exposure to moisture and air.
Each preparation is thus protected until it is used.
Face Cream • Signature
What skin types is Signature suitable for?
Signature is suitable for dry, normal, combination, and oily skin. Its formula has been designed to offer each skin type the right balance, thanks in particular to jojoba oil, considered the queen of sebum-balancing vegetable oils.
Does Signature leave a greasy finish on the skin?
No. Although nourishing, Signature was developed to offer a creamy, melting, and enveloping texture, while remaining light on the skin. It gradually penetrates and leaves a soft, velvety touch, without a greasy, sticky, or heavy sensation.
Can I use Signature morning and night?
Yes. Signature was designed as a daily treatment that can be integrated into both morning and evening routines. Apply a small amount to clean skin, then gently massage your face and neck until absorbed.
What are Signature's key ingredients?
At the heart of Signature lies a synergy of aloe vera, neroli hydrosol, jojoba oil, and apricot kernel oil. Each ingredient is intentionally chosen for its role in the formula and its complementarity with the others, to create a balanced, hydrating, nourishing, and pleasant daily skincare product.
Does Signature contain essential oils?
Yes. Ho Wood and Petitgrain Bigarade essential oils were intentionally chosen for their properties and their complementarity with the formula.
In small quantities, they enrich the product while providing its delicate fragrance.
What sets Signature apart from a classic face cream?
Signature was not conceived around an accumulation of assets or ingredients chosen solely for their marketing appeal. Its formulation is based instead on a simple and intentional approach: each ingredient has a specific role and contributes to the overall balance of the skincare product. The desired result is a timeless cream, pleasant to use and capable of supporting the skin daily.
